We accept the following methods of Payment:

- Debit or major credit cards Via the Square contactless payment.
- Interact E-Transfer (Canada only).
- Good old Fashion Cash Money!
For orders over $1000 we are open to 30-Day payment plans. For purchases under $1000 we will consider personalized, flexible payment options.
For all payment plans we do request a nonrefundable deposit of 25% of the listed price in order to consider the animal to be "on hold".
All of our animals are guaranteed to be free of mites, parasites, infections and in perfect health unless otherwise stated.
All of our animals come with a 14 day health guarantee, provided that proper care requirements are followed.
Snakes will be properly sexed and well established on appropriate, unscented prey items, unless otherwise stated.
Note: Babies will be fed a minimum of 10 unscented prey items before being listed for sale.
If there is an error in sexing, we will exchange the animal with the correct sex or do our best to come to a satisfactory arrangement for both parties.
Best and Stress Free options:
1. If you are local or live in the Greater Toronto Area, we can personally deliver for a small fee (depending on location).
2. Local Pick up is also available and Free!
3. If pickup or meeting is possible, we will gladly arrange something or somewhere to meet that is suitable for both parties.
Outside of the Greater Toronto Area or If the above options don't work for you:
We ship through two companies:
Reptile Runner www.reptilerunner.ca and you can view their terms of sale or call them 1 833-778-7447 if needed. We can also answer any questions you may have.
Reptile Express www.reptileexpress.com and you can view their terms of sale or call them 647-269-8465 if needed. We can also answer any questions you may have.
You are responsible for being available on the appointed / prearranged day of delivery.
If a shipment needs to be postponed for any reason, please make sure to contact us ASAP so that we may figure out a better shipping schedule.
No refund or exchange will be issued for an animal that was neglected and left to the elements or for any other reason that doesn't meet our terms.
To make sure you are covered please let us know the condition of your animal(s) within one hour of receiving your shipment. If you can let us know as soon as you get the animal(s) that would be best, but we understand sometimes the excitement takes over!
We will only ship Monday-Wednesday (depending on weather) in order to avoid shipping conflicts that could extend into the weekend.
Please Note We Do not Ship September - April Due To Weather.
